The most popular shipping option for customer in Canada and the US is "Expedited Parcel", a service from Canada Post. Orders shipped to the US by "Expedited Parcel US" are usually delivered in about two weeks. Orders shipped within Canada by "Expedited Parcel" are usually delivered within a week. All other services and transit times will be shown to you as you proceed to complete your purchase.

Return policy
If you wish to return a product that you consider to be damaged, the return will require authorization from your DermaBest, Inc. Sales Representative. In that case, please contact us immediately (see the above contact information). Returns of damaged merchandise must be initiated within 30 days of the original ship date (the following business day as per the date on your receipt). Returned orders must be shipped prepaid to DermaBest, Inc. Freight damage is not the responsibility of seller nor does it relieve the buyer from obligation of payment. The product will be accepted for refund only with a Return Merchandise Authorization No. (RMA). No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs including original shipping and return shipping on all returned items.
